Thank you for shopping with Sunshine Scented! We're committed to getting your Florida-inspired fragrances to you safely and promptly.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.00.

Fragrance & Candle Handling Our products contain fragrance oils and wax that may be sensitive to extreme heat. During warmer months, we recommend selecting expedited shipping to minimize heat exposure during transit. Sunshine Scented is not responsible for products affected by heat during standard shipping.

Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package's journey.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at gantts1964@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
